At Girtatva, we are committed to delivering authentic, carefully prepared products with the highest quality standards. As our products are food-based and perishable in nature, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept general returns once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive:

  • a damaged product,

  • a leaking package,

  • an incorrect item,

  • or a product in unusable condition,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide:

  • your order number,

  • clear photos/videos of the product,

  • photos of the outer packaging,

  • and a brief explanation of the issue.

Claims submitted without proper proof may not be eligible for approval.

Replacement or Refund Eligibility

After reviewing the issue, Girtatva may approve:

  • a replacement,

  • store credit,

  • or a refund,

depending on the nature of the case.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Opened or partially consumed products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery

  • Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special-order products

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days,

  • actual credit timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

While we work with trusted delivery partners, delays caused by logistics providers, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.

Girtatva is not responsible for delays once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner, but we will reasonably assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery-related concerns.
